My right earbud for Shure SE425 (Metallic Silver) was broken. Do you have the accessory for replacement?
If the speaker piece actually broke you may need to send it back to share for repair
It says these were first released 2010. does that mean nothing has improved since then?
I dont not I had them for about a year.And just love the way they fit. They fit better if u use the cone shape ear bud covers..And if u use them with a Ipod like I do add a portable I pod amp they sound great 2 me.I just wish I could get the cone shape covers for them I have to buy the cones and buy the round ones.Then cut the little plastic slive.off and put them into the cones..But I dont mind. just because I love them. I use them every day just about every were I go..
Is the sound quality changed if using the cable with remote and mic vs the supplied cable?
I didn’t need to use warranty yet. but as my friend told me shure company stands behind their product if there is defect. you need to contact them with the proof of purchase. hopefully that helps. otherwise it has been great product since the purchase.
I don’t understand the significance of the “-CL” after the model number. Shure mentions only SE-425, not SE425-CL. What is the meaning of -CL?
Probably clear as it is transparent
